Educational, not a substitute for counselling
Group programmes are designed primarily for relationship education, personal development, and skills development. They are not a substitute for individual, couple, or family counselling where therapeutic intervention or individualised clinical support is required.
Where participants identify concerns that would benefit from more individualised support, individual, couple, or family counselling may be recommended as appropriate.
